All technical solutions or answers are usually provided by Dr. Patrick Hanley within 24 hours during the week.

After a year, additional tech support for Version 3.0 can be obtained at $35.00. per incident by online purchase or by mail for $35.00.

Upgrade SmockSoft 2.0/2.1 to 3.0

An upgrade from SmockSoft  versions 1.0 / 2.0 / 2.1 to SmockSoft 3.0 is $1,000.00 US.

Email us for your upgrade link if ordering by credit card. You can also upgrade using the mail order form for checks and money orders.

Upgrading includes one free year of tech support.
